Happy birthday to our sweet boy who turns 2 on December 3. I'm posting this today (December 2) because with the time change, it's already his birthday in China.

Happy Birthday to our Zhuhai friend Ren! Thinking of you Monica, on Ren's special day. We celebrated Teddi's third birthday while she was still in Zhuhai . . . with a ladybug cake and all. Some people thought I was crazy, but it was the best way for this mama's heart to handle the day.

I was surprised to see him with bare feet in the photos in an earlier post...long sleeved jacket, but little bare feet! Seems very "un-Chinese"!...but just like my own kids, who think nothing of running outside in the middle of winter with their toes bare as can be!
